Daniel and Javier were great. Went over everything to make sure nothing was damaged, and got it into the car very delicately. Definitely recommend!

Nathan was very friendly and helpful through the ordering process. He knows the products very well and offered to send me pictures of the actual product to show the quality and color. He also picked up the phone and walked me through what to expect step by step after me placing the order. Now I think of my master bathroom vanity, it brings smile to my face. That is very special. The vanity looks to be of high quality and very elegant from the pictures. I look forward to receiving the product soon.

I haven't received my item yet (though I expect to love it!), so this review is about my service experience. I had planned to purchase through an online retailer, but started reading poor reviews. I decided to go direct to the manufacturer. I connected with Nathan at Willow - he's amazing! Great communicator online and in person. Knows the product and support / warranty processes. Plus he seems like an overall nice guy!

We’ll make sure he sees your thoughtful shoutout, and we can’t wait for you to see your vanity in person. – Willow Bath & Vanity

The person who helped guide my decision, Masha, was incredibly helpful and great. And then Ella got with the team and helped me find a better pricing situation. Have not taken delivery yet nor seen the vanity, but so far the company has been really great to work with. So, high expectations have been met so far and will be excited to put the 7 foot unit into service in our new addition.

Thank you for trusting Willow with your project, and we hope the rest of the experience lives up to the great start. – Willow Bath & Vanity

Willow Bath and Vanity went way above their customer service to make sure we had a wonderful experience purchasing our vanity. Their prompt attempt to provide us with questions regarding our purchase was outstanding. We will continue to purchase all remaining vanities from them.

Having previously ordered two vanities from Willow and we very happy with the quality of the product and the secured manner of shipping. We return for our next remodel bath. Very happy that Rain, of customer service, was again available and is simply fantastic to work with. Answered all our questions and was helpful in walking through the ordering process and confirming our order was correct. I note that the ability to receive no faucet holes in the vanity top was great. Superior service from Rain and will definitely be back to Willow Bath and Vanity when our next vanity need arises.
