Purchased online through Instagram Tracking said it was delivered however nothing turned up Contacted support, twice eventually hearing back a week and a half later Asked to contact shipping as hadn't been delivered No further responses Never received goods Would not interact with

I recently made the mistake of placing an order with Willaine.com after seeing a sponsored ad on Instagram. The ad showcased a tempting offer for dumbbells at a seemingly reasonable price of £40. However, it has turned out to be a regrettable decision. Despite placing my order on January 4th, 2024, I have yet to receive any communication or updates regarding the status of my purchase. Numerous attempts to contact their customer support have been futile, with no response whatsoever. After conducting further research, it's become apparent that I'm not the only one facing this issue. Several other customers have reported similar experiences of non-delivery and lack of customer service. It's evident that Willaine.com operates with questionable business practices, if not outright fraudulent intentions. I urge anyone considering purchasing from this website to exercise extreme caution and look elsewhere for their needs. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by avoiding Willaine.com at all costs. Don't fall victim to their deceptive advertising tactics like I did. Spread the word and let's protect others from falling into the same trap.

Ordered a product totalling to £42 with delivery, tracked the order up until 5th February where it stated that it was delivered at 22:45. Emailed Willaine.com questioning this on the 6th February. Still no reply from them well over a week ago. STAY CLEAR OF SCAM COMPANY
