Extremely disappointing - avoid on website and Etsy
Extremely disappointing experience. What should have been a straightforward order took three weeks to resolve and ultimately resulted in me not having the jewellery I had ordered for my wedding. Initially, the seller said they could not honour the agreed packaging colour, so I was told the packaging would have to be white instead. I agreed to this, but unfortunately, looking back, I believe this was simply another unnecessary delay. The seller then told me the item had been dispatched, but it had not actually been dropped off. I had to chase multiple times for an update, only to eventually be told that the seller was away and could resend the item the following week using next-day delivery. When that day arrived, I once again had to chase for an update. On the day the replacement was supposedly due to arrive, I was told it had been sent, but the seller continued to provide the same old tracking number. It became clear that a replacement had not actually been sent at all. I was left out of pocket for three weeks and had to raise a case with Etsy before I eventually received a refund. Unfortunately, by then it was too late and, because of the repeated delays and misleading information, I was left without the jewellery I had specifically ordered for my wedding. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the seller then cancelled the order, meaning I was unable to leave feedback on Etsy and share my experience with other buyers. I find this particularly disappointing, as it means other customers may not be aware of what happened. This was incredibly stressful and disappointing, particularly at such an important time. I would strongly advise other buyers to be extremely cautious when ordering from this seller and to keep a close eye on their order and tracking information.
