Wikiloc provides detailed instructions to cancel a trial subscription but none of them worked for me. It seems like a scam to me.

Ik ben pas premium lid. Ik heb 2 garmin watches, forerunner 955 en een fenix 5 plus, niet de eerste de beste. Ik wens bestaande routes overzetten afwisselend naar de 1 van mijn 2 Garmin watches. Noppes. Uren en uren en uren mee bezig geweest. Het wilt maar niet lukken. Ik ben nochtans programmeur van opleiding. Teleurstellend.

Rutas erróneas, mal funcionamiento. Se me caducó la inscripción, le enviaron un mail diciendo que se renovaría sola por 9,99€ y cuando fui a utilizarla al ver que no la habían renovado fui hacerlo dejándome guiar por la información que tienen de 1,67€ al mes y puedes cancelar en cualquier momento y para mi sorpresa me cobraron 19,99 por todo el año, les enviado reclamación para que me hagan devolución del importe y no contestan, 0 atención personal, estafadores. Les recomiendo la aplicación de organic maps totalmente gratuito y efectivo.

¡Pésimo! ¡No lo uses! Malas rutas, imposibles de completar. No es confiable. Evítalo y cuéntaselo a tus amigos.

Such a useless app if you don’t have an Apple Watch. I was on a road trip in France and I hoped it would help me out. But not at all. Never understood how to use it. You are paying this app for working, recording your walks and creating content for them. I never used it and forgot I would have to pay for it even if I don’t. So they just took from my bank account 10 euros for a stupid app I never use. I am very mad at them. They took money from me once because I forgot about it. But not twice. I just cancel my subscription.
