WigsisReviews of wigsis.com

This company is awful !DO NOT BUY from WIG SIS !!! They sent me a wig that is nothing like the one they advertise, I have been trying to return it for over 2 weeks ! and they basically asked me to take it to my hairdresser and get it re styled? Then to keep it and sell it to someone else, and give them 50.00 more to send one that looks like the picture ? Terrible experience! I will have to hand this over to my credit card company to get refund as I can’t deal with unreasonable company !!!

Its simply wasting time and money its a fake site and I payd 379$ for wig wich is a horrible peace of plastic

Today a 7th reply from WigSis....said if I am STILL not satisfied they will refund me 10 percent...yet no Return Address provided. I have tried six times to get a Return Address to send back my purchase that was not good quality to no prevail. The so called WigSis representative, Mildred, will not provide that information. The response always states they will exchange the wig. The web site clearly states a Return Address is needed before anything can be returned. Buyer Be Aware. Today again, Mildred response stated they will send me a New Wig but I must pay the shipping charge. I clearly stated Do Not send me a another wig. I will be contacting my credit card today .

The only way to get your refund from these scammers is to contact your credit card company, They will reverse the charge. It worked for me, although the entire process took 3 months. Register your complaint with the Better Business Bureau first, then contact your credit company. Wigsis will give you a fake address to send back your wig. Mine was one in Alaska. That way they can claim that you have not returned it and therefore will not return your money. Best of luck to everyone of you who has been victimized by these bottom-feeders.
