I have had enough of their emails refusing to give me the return address. They just keep suggesting that I buy another one. The one they sent was NOT the one I ordered. Why can't they just keep to their return policy and send me the return address? After six emails to them, requesting the return address, I have now told them if they didn't send me the return address so I could get a full refund I would notify the police department, USPS, FBI AND BBB, which I will do tomorrow if I don't get the return address from them. I strongly suggest NO ONE purchase a wig from Wigsis as you will regret the bad experience and the time and energy it takes for them to do the right thing, if they ever will. I really doubt the 5 star ratings are from actual people who purchased their wigs.

After spending over $300 and waited a month I received some crappy wigs. Customers please dont throw away your money on these people they are scammers. Buy from reputable companies like Amazon etc where you can speak to a live person than just emails you dont even knows who are sending these emails.

This company deserves stars in the negative. Ordered 3 wigs priced over $1000+. The wigs were falsely advertised a human hair; they were extremely poor quality synthetic hair. Not one wig looked similar to the advertisement. The market price for each piece is approximately $60-80. This company runs a scam, not a genuine business. The wigs look like hair pieces for a Halloween costume. A quick investigation into the practises of this business reveals shameful business exchanges (e.g., numerous reports of unfulfilled refunds, poor dispute resolutions over falsely-advertised items). Shame on this company for disappointing customers who need hair pieces because of medical reasons - I cannot imagine the disappointment (beyond a financial loss). Stay away and beware of scams.

pessimi evitate , hanno inviato una parrucca di dimensioni sbagliate , gli ho chiesto di rimborsarmi, e continuano a volermi vendere una seconda parrucca , penso che l abbiano fatto di proposito dato l insistenza , meno male che ho pagato con paypal ora sono in attesa della risoluzione

Never purchase a wig from this company. I tried to cancel an order, and they refused to do so. I tried to return a wig that I had never worn or even taken out of the package, and all I got was emails urging me to try it on. In the end, they offered to make me a new wig for $60.00. No refund !!

This company is a joke!!! Stay away you will never get a return address!! Crooks!
