Horrible Experience. The wig I received was not wearable. After 2 weeks of trying to get a return address from them (they said I couldn't return it to the return address on the package) I contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge.

I ordered a wig from this company over a month ago it said it would be delivered 7 to 15 days and I still haven't gotten it I paid 200.00 for this wig I didn't get.

They make up delivery dates an times. DO NOT USE this company if you want your package. They use a phoney delivery company. They print out that the package was delivered to my address. Gave 3 different dates and times. None of which are true. I NEVER received the package and it has been two months. I have logged many complaints to them about this. It has been two months and no wig. Now they want another $58 dollars to send another wig. Outrageous. This company is in China!

I have purchased about 6 wigs from this company. My initial experience a few years ago was great as I paid for and received 2-3 high quality human hair wigs. I am not sure what has happened to the quality of their high-end wigs, but I just ordered one ... than 2 additional supposedly human hair wigs, each costing about $300. The first one was absolute plastic, synthetic. I complained, got a discount and purchased the final two. The hair on the 2 that I received was so bad (dry, brittle, straw like) I threw both of them out, this after I did all I could (cut, thin, condition) to fix each. Too frustrated to complain again. All I can do is to try and warn other customers.

Please do not buy from this company. They used my wig website information to generate sales so then I got phone calls asking where the wig was and I didn’t know what they were talking about until I realized from their ads that they had put my phone number and my company name on it! Please dispute with your credit card company &/or PayPal. You will get your money back. These companies are fraudulent! And they are hoping that you will not dispute. That’s how they’re making more money.

Do NOT buy from this company. I spent $189 on what I thought was going to be a gorgeous wig. When I got it, it is like a cheap wig for a Halloween costume. I am very upset. I just wasted all that money. It was supposed to be human hair, too. It may be but I don't think it is. It doesn't feel like it. It is really horrible. I am not even going to try and fight this company. Just know that the wig you see online WILL NOT be the wig you get. Oh, and it took like 2 months for me to get it. They claimed it had to be styled just right for me. Yeah, right. It is so ugly.

I agree with all the previous reviews. Do NOT buy from this company. They do not stand by their product. I ordered a gray wig and received a brunette. It was not well made and took 2 months to get to me. They say on their website that they do returns---do NOT believe them. They actually asked me to keep the wig and buy another one for $60. They asked me not to return the one I have and told me the address on the package was not their address! This is not a legitimate company. They do not stand by what is printed on their web site. Outrageous fraudulent business behavior.

Do not buy a wig from this company !!! Will not except returns for a wig that is not even the colour you ordered. My 84 year old mother might as well throw the wig in the bin she ordered a grey wig and gold a hold wig !
