The order took a month to get here and it was too small. Once before I ordered from them and had terrible time and PayPal never backed me up so I lost the whole order. By Mistake I ordered from them again (I am buying for a friend who has cancer). This time I am getting a run around. They are not accepting a return only offering me 15% off ON ANOTHER ONE and have no phone number to call. Last time I had to return wig to China and VERY EXPENSIVE. I have reported to all agencies I can but they are still on the Internet...they are criminals STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!.

This web store is one of the most unethical businesses I have ever had the disgrace of ordering from. First of all, they use false advertising and their customer satisfaction is a joke. The images of the wigs they advertised on their website are images of people's natural hair that they grab from the internet. I researched the image and found it on a different article showing a before and after look on a makeup tutorial. They use these images to make their wigs look natural and give you false expectations. They claim to sell 100% human Remy hair but their pieces are as synthetic as they come. Not only do you end up overpaying a huge price margin for synthetic wigs trying to pass off as the real deal but they don't even make an effort to make your wig the color and style you selected. They will send you different colors and/or styles and pressure you to keep them because "they are custom made and it costs them too much to make them" Lies! If the wigs were in fact custom made then they would look the same as you requested! I had to go back and forth for days asking to please allow me to return the wig for a full refund and they just kept ignoring my request and my complaint continued insisting on making me keep a wig I would not wear. They offered I keep the wig and get a $15 refund on a wig that cost me $251 dollars! Went as far as suggesting I keep it and sell it myself! Unbelievable! I had to take matters into my own hands because these people are extremely persistent and are trained to not allow you to return your wig under any circumstance and offer you solutions that only benefit their company. Thank God I used Paypal (I recommend you use Paypal on online stores you don't trust) I filed a claim with Paypal and they were able to give me a full refund. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this website.

Veri truffatori, ho fatto un acquisto e il giorno stesso annullato, dal loro regolamento mi avrebbero dovuto rimborsare tutto. Dopo svariate mail che ho mandato, passato circa un mese mi hanno risposto che mi avrebbero rimborsato il 50%, ovviamente stremata e stufa di mandare mail, ho accettato. A tutt'oggi non ho visto un centesimo. In poche parole ho perso 240 euro. Ladri e truffatori schifosi. Comunque non voglio mollare... Rivoglio i miei soldi! Perché non è possibile che approfittino pure su persone che sono malate.

Don't order from this company! The wigs look gorgeous on the website but the color photos are not accurate. I ordered a wig in #130 (copper red) but after seeing a hair color swatch from my stylist I knew it would not work. I saw the order was still 'processing' so I called the company and asked to change the color to #10 (med brown) since it had not yet shipped. Customer rep agreed. More than a week and a half later, I finally received the wig in #130 with a #10 tag on it. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE DARN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE. YOU MUST HAVE THEM AUTHORIZE THE RETURN AND THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE COLOR. BEWARE!

If I could give a minus rating I would. WHAT A SCAM! I ordered, paid via Paypal, only to get the wrong wig entirely! So I contacted wigsis and they wanted me to accept $50 compensation and keep the wig I didn't order. Hells bells! Had I wanted that wig I would have ordered it! So, I said no and went to Paypal to levy a claim. They took my complaint and went to wigsis but instead of transacting with Paypal, wigsis sends me an email telling me how expensive it would be to mail it back and how long it would take to exchange the wigs, here, take $62 from us and keep the wig you don't want! Paypal asks what it is you want as a result. I said either a total exchange with wigsis sending me the right wig first, or barring that, a total refund and I would even pay to return it the same way it came to me: in a white plastic mailer with a strip of cardboard to keep the wig from totally flattening. I would even send back the cheap little stand, the brush, and the caps. So far, I'm still out $165. But if by March 5 the seller (wigs) hasn't responded to Paypal, then they'll have to fight it out with Paypal. I have the purchaser's agreement protection and it's times like this when I am SO glad of it! On customer satisfaction alone, one star isn't low enough. As the item ordered, I don't know because I never got it. The one I did get seemed odd at the roots on top. Kind of like it was glued in instead of woven. So I'm not sure what that was all about. I think in the future I'll just stick with ballcaps. They're not as girly, but at least you don't get ripped off!

I bought a wig that the website sold as a human hair wig. I took it to a professional wig stylist who has a lot of experience with wigs,and she told me that the hair was synthetic, not real human hair. Of course, the order from Wigsis had included no address or phone number so there was no way to contact them to resolve the issue. They don't have any contact information on their website, either. Don't get scammed like I was. Use a reputable wig seller and not this one.

io sono riuscita ad ottenere il rimborso grazie a PayPal Avevo acquistato una parrucca anche molto costosa, Avevo fatto un primo reclamo sul sito per un biblico ritardo sulla spedizione. Devo dire che hanno sempre risposto ai miei reclami in maniera molto gentile, non sono mai spariti. Credo che questa sia una tattica per indurre la gente a cedere per sfinimento ma nel frattempo, avendo urgente necessità, ho acquistato un altra parrucca su un altro sito ed ho avviato la richiesta di recesso mediante PayPal e da quel momento ho continuato la comunicazione esclusivamente su quel canale. Quando il prodotto è arrivato era assolutamente diverso dal prodotto da me ordinato pertanto ho cambiato il mio reclamo su paypal da ritardo a prodotto non conforme, ho scritto un elenco dettagliato di tutte le difformità ed ho rifiutato tutte le loro offerte ( sono arrivati persino ad offrirmi un rimborso di 140 Euro senza eseguire il reso su un acquisto di 200 Euro compreso di spese spedizione, pur di non farmi restituire quella ...."cosa"). Alla fine ho ottenuto le istruzioni per effettuare il reso e nel giro di pochi giorni i miei soldi sono rientrati sul mio conto PayPal. Le spese del reso sono state a mio carico.

They do not honor their cancellation policy. Their policy states that if I cancel within 24 hours, they will give me a full refund. I cancelled within 1 1/2 hours and they refuse to cancel the order and give me a full refund. At best, they would give me 50%. Do not order from this company. I am in the process of reporting them to the Attorney General in California and Alaska, where they have 'satellite' offices.
