Don't believe the 5-star reviews. They're written by shills. My wife ordered one of WigSis' 'hand made' wigs and it's complete garbage. The return process is through China, meaning that there IS NO RETURN PROCESS. They offered to refund $15 for a $150 wig. That won't even cover return shipping. Caveat emptor. Google 'wigsis complaints' before doing business with this company and check the BBB reviews. @WigSis, this is the first of MANY reviews I'm going to be writing about you ALL OVER THE INTERNET. Normally, if you were in the US, I'd be contacting the State Attorney General, but since you list only locations in the UK and China, I'll use the court of public opinion.

Absolutely terrible wig that looks like something out of a £20 Halloween costume. I ordered a blond wig and got an awful ginger wig that doesn't fit and couldn't look any more different to the one we ordered. It's for my mum who's got cancer and we paid £95 for it. So disappointed. I emailed them and I've got no communication back.

I ordered a wig on August 29th. I have already paid for it. I was told it would ship between Sept 3-6 then it was Sept 8th. I ordered this because my hair is falling out . Now sept 17th they don't know where it is? Don't order from them if you have the need for a wig .It's really stressful to be going bald and can't cover it up!

I ordered a petite frosted wig from wigsys. I received a large unfrosted wig. Ad states refund would be made if contacted within 7 days of delivery. I contacted them the day of delivery and they refuse to give refund.

The worst experience with a company I have ever had .Ordered a blonde and gray curly wig with 2 1/2 inch length hair received a blondish red straight wig with 4 inch hair.After 21 days of trying to come to an agreement I finally accepted a 40% refund. This company is a scam! They refuse to supply you with a return address to return a wig which is defective and NOT the wig that you ordered. They need to be shut down! I have sent them numerous e-mails with no satisfactory response whatsoever. This is after I submitted the required form they said I need to do to get the return address.

Don't buy wigs in this shop because when you buy wigs in this shop they won't send back the exact wig you bought they will send another wig that is both cheap and affordable very bad
