I wish I had done more research before ordering. I saw their return policy and dropped my guard and I knew better. So just to clarify they don’t do returns all sales are final because they will refuse to give you any information even when you tell them you will pay the return shipping. They only offer a 20% refund and I keep the wigs that looks nothing like the pictures. Stay away from this site.

Took months to receive. It was an ugly one color blonde wig that I wouldn’t even wear on Halloween. Threw it out. Don’t buy, I don’t know why they are still in business scamming customers. I’m out 117 and they charged $10 shippimgl

The wig I received was cut nothing like the picture. It took weeks longer to receive it. Supposedly 100% hand tied human hair. It is NOT human hair. DO NOT buy from this completely fraudulent company!

Ce magasin devrait fermer les portes. La qualité est inexistante. J'ai acheté une fois et jamais plus. Leur perruque était affreuse de tous les points de vue. Je n'ai pas pu la porter et l'ai jeté.

This company is a fraud!!! Don't buy anything from them!!! They lie and tell you that your item has been shipped but it really hasn't. Then they try to get you to click on a fake tracking number. Don't fall for it!! I wish I would have done my homework before purchasing. I have filed a complaint with BBB and Paypal.

The wig you select is not what you get. They absolutely will not give you the Full Refund or any refund you deserve. Just keep emailing you to tire you out and give up. You are dealing with a Chinese Co. of Criminals ! Absolute junk quality! Very expensive lesson !
