WigsisReviews of wigsis.com

I purchased a Curly Brown Lace Front Without Bangs Halle Berry Wig (CCB0612216) for 108.00 for an event The wig is horrible, cheaply made and looks nothing like the picture. I contacted the company serveral times and Oliva offered me a $15.00 refund or pick another wig. She also suggested I wash and come it out...saying they think it looks ok. I sent them a picture (I tried to attach to no avail). I would never order a wig from WigSis. Do not use this decietful site. I certainly will tell all of my friends, family, co-workers, and the talent I work with TO STAY AWAY away from WigSis. Imagine having one disgruntaled customer who lost $108.00, how much is WIGSIS going to loose with reviews like this...Please do forward it to WigSis and let them see Oliva's emails too. Sincerely MB

Wig us not what i order and they are refusing to give my money back . I have number of emails i spent 220.00 on a wig and they wont even offer half back . This company is a scam . They are scamming american people .

Very difficult customer service!! Only would offer a small monetary concession instead of accepting a return!!

Scammers scammers scammers Stay away, I never received my item they took my money and I tried to message them they blocked me.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I asked to return three wigs that I bought that look nothing like what was illustrated online. I was offered 10% of what I paid and then I should keep the wigs. They said that the return would be to China and could get lost so I should take to a hair stylist and they can recreate what it shows in the picture online. I protested that then I couldn't return the items. So far I have gotten PayPal to step in. Not sure what will come of it, but I do not recommend you buy from Wigsis.

They do not honor their own published return policy. Customer service named Mildred offered me 50 for a 175 purchase, I refused so Wigsis sent numerous emails asking me to try on the wigs. Sent a statement saying they could only give me 10% now instead of 50. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WIGSIS.COM. Filing for refund with Better Business..and everywhere else I can

Ho ricevuto l'articolo ordinato ma non andava bene, soprattutto per il colore, ma è praticamente impossibile fare il reso. Quindi ho una parrucca pagata molto che non utilizzerò mai. Praticamente fregata.

Do not order from this company. They are fraudulent. I ordered a wig from their website for $168.10 and what I got was nothing like the photo. Looked like costume babydoll hair. After several attempts to return for a refund I had to pursue other ways to get my money back. They will tell you you can return for a full refund but don’t believe them. It took me 5 attempts with them giving me the run around then it took me 4 months of going thru paypal and my credit card company to finally get my money back. Avoid them at all cost!
