The products arrived in good time but…
The products arrived in good time but to advertise yourself as an Australian owned business and product arrived with Asian instruction and Asian writing over the box. I very much doubt these are Australian made. No English instructions at all !!

We are proudly an Australian-owned and operated small business, however, our products are manufactured overseas. We certainly don't intend to give the impression that they are Australian-made, and we apologise for any confusion. We're also sorry that your product arrived with instructions that weren't in English. We completely understand how frustrating this would be, and it's something we're working with our suppliers to improve. I've personally sent you an email with the English instructions so you can get everything up and running. We really appreciate your feedback and your support of our small Australian business.
