After exploring and paying for christine kent's program, i realized she is pretty much wrong in her exercises. Her posture theory may be correct but the way to do kegels or non-kegels is totally backwards and i told her that when i had an appt with her. if you want to draw your bladder up you do it on the exhale; she does it on the inhale. everything drops on the inhale. you can test it out yourself by inserting your finger and seeing what happens on the inhale and exhale. After doing her exercises for a year, my prolapse was worse. after seeing a regular phy therapist and uro/gyne specialist, it was better. also love a pessary which she doesn't recommend. Definitely considering surgery which she also doesn't recommend. I suggest getting on a prolapse support group for better info.

This program does not explain what type of exercise it involves. I have a bad knee and much of it includes sitting cross legged and squats. Impossible for me. Christine also does narrates only part of her exercise but is then silent for the rest. You have to attempt the exercises while also trying to watch the computer.

I logged on to Whole Woman Inc. and could not access the many videos I bought over the years. I knew if I called the matter would be taken care of and it was. In less than an hour I had my valuable video library on woman's health once again at my finger tips. While this is today's experience, I have had many such experiences over the 15 years I have been a member of Christine Kent's Whole Woman Community. Fifteen years ago I had reproductive issues that could have easily resulted in surgery when I found Christine Kent and Whole Woman on the internet. It was her expert and well researched information and educational videos that led me on a new path of healing and well being with no surgery. Christine's research and education on knees and hips are enlightening and I have used her information with good success. I appreciate learning, research and education. As one who has worked hard to attain a master and doctor degrees I know what it takes to produce the kind of work Christine Kent does. Today when I wanted to get to my video library to review Christine Kent's work on the kidneys and bladder I had no doubt I would be able to access my purchases. My problem was quickly solved. This is a company that every woman should know about to make truly informed decisions about her own body.
