Claim to be wholes sale and extremely over priced very disappointed

I have an allergy-friendly, plant-based baking business and have been on the hunt for suitable sprinkles in bulk. I was overjoyed when I found animal-free, allergy-friendly sprinkles in bulk from Wholesale Sugar Flowers, and I quickly placed an order. My joy quickly turned to dismay when I received my order, though - the ingredients on my products were wildly different from the ingredients listed on the website! The sprinkles I received contain animal ingredients, undisclosed allergens, ingredients that don't seem to actually exist ("christmas mix #40"), and never mind the alarming typos and inaccuracies on the ingredients label! Wholesale Sugar Flowers advertised one thing and sent me something completely different, which is awful enough, but the product they sent me was not only completely unusable for my purposes, but completely untrustworthy from a food safety perspective. I can't imagine that lying about your food products' ingredients is legal, and I obviously didn't feel safe using any product from a company whose labels contain fabricated ingredients and whose food product descriptions are, frankly, fraudulent. I contacted them and requested a return and full refund due to gross misrepresentation (at best) and the resultant untrustworthiness of their food products. They agreed, but when they received my return, they only refunded the cost of the sprinkles and not the $15 shipping I paid them (to send me incorrect and unsafe products). Again, this return wasn't a capricious change of mind on my part; they sold me one thing and sent me something completely different, and completely untrustworthy and unusable. They are now refusing to answer emails. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and a fraud dispute with my credit card company. I encourage everyone to avoid this dangerous and dishonest company.
