Charles was great and very very patient with me and my husband. Friday is my super busy day an Charles understood. He was great with my husband whom I had to pass the call to at one point. Randy is old and grumpy to say the least. I thank Charles from the bottom of my heart.

Five Stars! Communicating with Charles Warmack from the application process through the first transaction on our new terminal eased my mind as I was very nervous about making this change in my company. Even as the tech department was explaining the hookup of the terminal, he was there on a three-way call to answer any questions. I found the conversations professional and informative AND personal and understanding. Thank you, Charles Warmack, for all of your help and patience!
