Wholesale Payments DirectReviews of wholesalepaymentsdirect.com

I have just signed up with Wholesale Payments Direct, Dylan McDonald was very patient with me trying to make up my mind. Dylan definitely did a fantastic job convincing me to change companies. I feel he is a trust man and will follow through with the company's guarantees. If the start was this pleasant I can only see good things coming. Thank you once again Dylan for your awesome work. We are definitely going to save money now.

A customer support technician helped me with my problem. Her name is Victoria Salazar. She was prompt and actually responded to us when no one else at your company would after 3 weeks of trying to get help. Thank you to Victoria.

I had a great experience with Charles Warmack, He was very helpful in explaining to me the different Pos Systems and which one would work best for me.

So as a business owner I get many cold calls and most I blow off. Well, Charles didn't give up over a week or 2 periods it was Charles calling, and after a few short conversations, He mentioned a GrubHub style online ordering which sounded interesting because I was seeing a lot of bad reviews about the amount that Grubhub charges me for processing. Yes in those conversations he also intrigued me with free processing for Credit Cards WHAT! figured that was a come-on bologna. So Ok can't talk now call me on my cell on Monday. Which he did but 8:30 am to early for me so I called him back. Just to hear him out because he was so nice and persistent. Well, its a payoff for me My husband & I listened to all the information as well as conferencing with my IT Guy It's Not too good to be true. I believed him and have signed up with WMD as well as putting in a more up to date POS system with Poynt. Welcome to the new technology generation. He was super with all the questions we asked and you have an awesome employee. He deserves a raise! Marian Feehery Owner Main Street Bistro

Charles, you’re only one can answer all my questions, you have full patience for me and make sure I understand. I have talked to three pos systems companies, you’re the only one can explain clearly to me, very helpful, and the best customer service, we’re really appreciate your help.

Charles was very efficient and explained the products and services very well.

thank you, sir, for helping me with getting my business set up for this ever-changing world. you were very passionate about getting me into a position for success. thank you

This has been one of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had. Charles was very direct and honest reps. I have had to deal with. He took the time to make sure that I understood EVERYTHING about the forms before he would send them, as well as got answers to all of my questions when he wasn't sure of what the answer was. And, don't let me get into how friendly and courteous he was, I really felt like I was discussing business with an old friend. Charles personify the idea of "Never have to touch it twice as long as you get it right the first time". Please find more reps like Charles!!!
