The package came fast and secure, with labs and documents for law enforcement and postal services. "That's Great!" Although no smell seeped through the packaging, as soon as we tore into the box we did get that familiar aroma. Testing the flower gave me a relaxed and peaceful feeling and it also relieved some shoulder pain. We did have a slight problem with our order. After contacting customer service we got a call back a few hours later, which is fast compared to other companies. Talking to Drew, was very pleasant. Not only was he polite but very informative about the process of the different flowers offered on this site. Being a bigger company he could of easily said, ~to bad, sorry for you luck~ and hung up the phone. This was not the case, he worked on a few different solutions for us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Customer service goes a very long way and shows great character and integrity. Backing out of a semi-large order with another company and going through CBDHEMPDIRECT for the second go around as I type this review,, I think we're off to a great start!
