Zero communication

Apparently, you can not drop ship from wholesale cbd flower. I had a customer ask if I would order some flower for him and when I did the order was canceled. While speaking with customer service via chat I was told they had a problem with that customer. They asked me if I drop shipped and when I said yes the line went silent, not more communication. Not my way of communicating buy hey...it is what it is. Would have been nice to know there was a no dropship policy. But the beauty of running your own business is you can run it how you like. The beauty of being an unhappy customer is that you can share your experience all over the internet. I wish you the best of luck.

I placed an order incorrectly and tried to call to change the order the next day. The person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Instead to correcting the order he canceled it and said place another order. That would be fine but I still haven’t received my refund for the first order and it’s been a week. I probably won’t order again from this site. Edit: First of all it’s incredibly inappropriate to post my information on a public website and I ask you to edit your response. Secondly, my bank hasn’t received a refund to process. I’ve called my bank. I would be happy to update my review when I finally get my refund so I can reorder and try your product. I want to believe this is a trustworthy company to buy flower from and I will give it a try if I ever get my refund.
