It has been nothing but a pleasure working with Mark and White Sands. I have both purchased and sold a home with them. The home sold in the short amount of time as we planned together (at the price we discussed). White Sands managed the entire process without requiring me to spend very much time working through the closing steps. Mark's team also bent over backwards to help us find our home and went above and beyond any expectations including tirelessly showing us properties all over town. These guys really know the real estate market in Naples and Collier County. In both the sale and purchase, White Sands helped us find additional expertise on financing, insurance, excavation, construction and repairs.
