On my second deposit, I deposited $100 with no bonus and won $2800. When I cashed out, they decided to confiscate my winnings and claimed that I wasn't allowed to be higher than $5 per spin because of the bonus conditions. (But I wasn't under a bonus). Playzee (owned by White Hat) is a scam! Avoid at all costs and play at reputable casino.

So I sent my documents received an email saying I’ve been verified but my withdrawals have been confiscated due to me using the casino in bad faith has anyone been to ecogra and won there case as that’s what I’ve done and waiting for the response it’s just dirty by these casinos I promise if there office was in England I’d be straight down there to smash there faces in the pussys but yh I want to know if anyone has been successful in winning there case over white hat gaming

Playzee casino is an absolute scam, they stole $15,000 from me and basically the only thing I can do about it is sue them. They’re saying they confiscated it for betting over $5 a spin on there site yet my max bet was $4.80!

Randomly taking money from my account via direct debt. Not sure how they've managed to pass this but it's actually disgusting since you lose money there already. How could I possibly setup a direct debt with a gambling website? There are no funds in the account, that just isn't how it works! they are just taking money from my bank account!!

Absolutely terrible! Earlier this year it took months to get a £4000 payout from Slotnite casino from WHG. I then opened an account with Playzee without realising they were also WHG, having sworn I would never play with WHG ever again. Deposited £550 and asked for a withdrawal of £1550 account instantly blocked and no communication except a copy n paste email saying that I opened the account in 'Bad Faith', no explanation at all. I used the correct details on sign up and my account to deposit. I have raised a formal complaint but this will take a month to get a reply from. They have not told me why there is an issue. Disgusting way to treat a player.

All was good until you win... Got hit with some bull***t "After a review of your account by our compliance and risk teams, it has become evident that you have used our casino in bad faith. " An excuse not to pay.. Be carefull people and stay away from WHG sites

what are these jokers. i requested a small withdraw on thursday to test the waters on casilando and it’s now saturday and i don’t have it and the withdrawal is not even in pending or accepted it’s literally disappeared, and supports answers don’t make any sense this is supports answer Thank you for your patience. I have reviewed your account and we can confirm your withdrawal of 50.00 GBP is currently processing/under review and will then move to a pending state and you would be able to view it in your account. All withdrawals at our casino will remain in a pending period for approximately 48 hours. Upon approval, your withdrawal will be released to your choice of wallet which in most cases reflects immediately but can take up to 24 hours. Should you withdraw to your bank account withdrawals typically reflect within the first 2 business days but can take up to 5 business days to reflect depending on your bank's processing facilities. We will keep you posted every step of the way by email, you are also able to view your withdrawal progress in the "My Account". 08:17 what a joke the withdrawl is not showing in my casino account. so 48 hours then after that it goes to pending reviewing what seriously i deposited £10 played for a bit won and withdrew these casinos are so shady

Played here for a few weeks and years at sister sites no problem with deposits/withdrawals and really thought id found a brand you can trust I even recommended to a few friends who gamble. But out of the blue I get a email saying my account and all accounts on other whitehatgaming sites have been banned this is what it reads. After a review of your account by our compliance and risk team, it has been decided to close down your account. As per clause 13.2 of the General Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason. I have no issue with my gambling and do it as entertainment win or loose i have limits and access to tools to limit myself more if need be. All this does is eventually drives players to shady untrusted casinos or having to go through the painful process of verification again as we all know that's most casinos downfall. I was also up on the casino in these weeks so the only reason I can think is they didn't want me to win more? Not sure how that works but that's the only reason I can think of. Id like to add the fact they said in that email if i had any balances on any of their sites the money would be lost. So Be careful even if your verified they might just shut your account mid gameplay and steal your money. Still no reply via Email don't let yourself get fooled into thinking they legit because they verify and process withdrawals no issues for a few weeks/months now just a utter shitshow trying to get replys.
