My account was blocked because I was… My account was blocked because I was always in profit 🙈 is it my fault you let me win ? And than you lied I used account in bad faith - never almost touch your bonuses either. Still waiting for account team to reply and answer my complaint

Same as other reviews. I have only ever used one payment method on this. And it belongs to me.However, they've closed my account.Staying that i've used somebody else's payment like what absolute nonsense is that it's clearly a criminal outfit. Account banned and all funds confiscated (no bother, I won much more than I bet, which is why I think they banned me)

How this company can continue to trade beggars belief and the Gambling Commission are completely failing in their duties to remove the gaming licence from this corrupt company. There are other "regulatory bodies" in Northern Ireland though who do take the theft of money from its citizens seriously and this company and it's CEO have been brought to their attention.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU USE WHITE HAT GAMING they are thives i gave them 40 to win 300 just for them to take my funds away and close my account.they are owend by a foreign criminal who feels untouchable because he is hidden behind a company my best advice do not use white hat gaming or mr ben or any gambling site that white hat is a part of. This is fraud in the eyes of the law so anyone who wants there money back search legal action fraud

Scum of the earth. Withholding three thousand pounds and not one email responded to. Philip Gelvan should be ashamed. Disgusting way to do business. Every time I use chat facility I am told nobody is available. Funny that eh??? Criminals.
