I want to express my deepest gratitude…
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Justin Paperny and the entire team at White Collar Advice. My family was incredibly fortunate to have been introduced to them during one of the most challenging times of our lives. My son was involved in a horrific incident, and the guidance we received was nothing short of exceptional. The team was professional, empathetic, and hands-on throughout the entire process. A special thank-you to Forest Behne, who was incredible to work with. He guided us every step of the way with care and expertise. What could have been the worst-case scenario for our family turned into the best possible outcome under the circumstances. My son was facing the prospect of serious jail time, but with Justin's leadership, we immediately put a comprehensive plan of action into motion. This, coupled with a lot of hard work, helped us demonstrate that this incident was completely out of character for my son—a one-time, foolish mistake. I firmly believe that without Justin and his team's guidance, leaving this solely in the hands of our attorney would not have yielded the same positive result. Their approach is unique—they are truly hands-on and bring an unparalleled level of empathy to their work. To Justin, Forest, and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made an incredibly difficult time for our family manageable and gave us hope when we needed it most.

Mike, we are so thankful for the trust you placed in our team. We were fortunate to play a role in this outcome. Your son was willing to do the work—or as Michael Santos loves to say, “begin creating assets that do not currently exist.” What could have been the worst-case scenario turned into the best possible outcome under the circumstances because of the action he took. His efforts through Prison Professors Charitable Corporation weren’t just words—they were proof. He showed the court that this was a one-time, foolish mistake, not a reflection of his character. You can’t fake progress. We know how much this meant to you, and we’ll continue to be here for you and your family every step of the way. Justin P.S. When things slow down, we are finally going golfing together!
