I have worked for several years with Justin and his team at White Collar Advice. They are truly experts in the fields of white collar and prison consulting advice. I have referred several of my white collar clients to Justin and he has always done an exceptional job for them. I highly recommend Justin and White Collar Advice. David Rosenfield

Worth Every Penny, Don't Hesitate!
Being charged with a white collar crime at the federal level is life changing. As soon as you receive a letter or are in fact indicted, your life becomes more stressful than it ever has been because everything is now unknown.
Speaking firsthand, Sam, Larry and Mike were our saving grace throughout this terrible experience. Had we not hired this team, we would have been very lost and most likely not arrived at the positive outcomes we have received.
We hired a reputable federal criminal defense attorney and were left dumbfounded at the lack of information shared with us. We were treated with little to no respect, having to force information to be shared and explained to us. Never had we thought an attorney would act in this manner.
We first spoke with Sam, who instantly put us at ease. From day one he answered every question and addressed every concern we had, sharing his valuable insight. Larry stepped in to help me with my narrative and character reference letters which the judge found to be extremely well written. These helped explain my background and aberrant behavior related to my crime. Additionally, Mike has provided invaluable information on how to navigate my journey. He always makes himself available and has his finger on the pulse of the ever-changing processes and procedures related to the BOP.
If you are considering partnering with this team, don’t hesitate - get the help and support you need from their first-hand experiences. The sooner you start working with them, the sooner you will have more clarity and some peace of mind.

Ethics Education for University Students
I met Justin Paperny in November 2019 when he was a guest speaker for a luncheon hosted by the Washington State Society of CPAs. He shared his book Ethics in Motion and talked about his journey of poor ethical choices that led to federal sentencing.
I teach accounting at Whitworth University, and it became clear at that time that his lessons would be valuable for my own students to hear. Since then, Justin and his clients visit my classes two to three times each semester via Zoom to share their personal stories, and students have the chance to interact with them personally. This has been an invaluable partnership with White Collar Advice that enhances the delivery of ethics education, leaving a lasting impression on students about how they too can be vulnerable to making wrong choices that could impact their future career.

Thank you Professor Lambert for your review! I (and our clients at White Collar Advice) look forward to returning to your classroom to help your students better understand the motivations and consequences of white collar crime. Best, Justin

"Hire Justin and his team now!!!
"Hire Justin and his team now!!!! Hire them yesterday. I found Justin through watching his youtube videos at White Collar Advice and after interviewing several groups who were in the "Prison Consultant" field I settled on Justin and his team and I am am so glad I did. He and his team are more than prison consultants—they are experts in crisis managements, they are counselors, encouragers, truth-tellers and guides that walked me through the entire process. I am so grateful I found them and glad I used them.
I was a dentist who plead guilty to one count of "conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud". After a gut wrenching three year investigation by the Feds, my attorney's and I decided it was in my best interest to plea. As my attorneys said, "this isn't about justice, this is about who wins". Upon my decision to plea, I knew that the fight had just begun. I was in no place to make decisions and did not have an understanding of what was to take place next. I thank God for being able to hire Justin and his fantastic team at Compliance Mitigation. White Collar Advice (with a huge help from Brad Rouse) helped me collect my character reference letters and interviewed my family and friends so I could place myself in the best possible light for the Judge and as Justin says, "prepare myself for the best possible outcome". They prepared me for the sentencing by actively being involved with me and helping me direct my attorneys to achieve my "best possible outcome".
At sentencing, the federal government was pursuing a sentence of 51 months. I received a 33 month sentence and I believe that having Justin and his team navigate with me helped tremendously. My family and I were deeply relieved and thankful for our legal representation and Justin and his team. The federal government does not care about the sentence length or you being away from your families, they care about conviction. I promise you that if you can shave off one month of your time in prison, it is worth hiring White Collar Advice. But my story doesn't end there!
Upon surrendering to federal prison, Justin and the team prepared me for applying to the RDAP program which then led to an early acceptance into the program. Without Justin and his team I truly believe that I would not have been accepted into RDAP nor would I have known about RDAP. As I said earlier, I was sentenced to 33 months in prison. I served only10 months in prison. I did not get out early due to covid but because of the skilled and compassionate preparation given by Justin and the team at White Collar Advice. Justin, Brad and Michael Santos prepared me mentally for what was to come in prison. The whole team stayed in contact with my family during my time in prison and kept sanity and reality when it was needed. I firmly believe that I served a 10 month sentence because of the professional preparation that Justin and his team provided. I will be forever grateful to Justin Paperny and Brad Rouse and all of the people involved with White Collar Advice. Dr. Nate Schott"

Outstanding Resource!!!
My name is Greg Kling and I have known Justin Paperny for a little over four years. Justin has been a crucial and invaluable resource for our accounting students at USC. Not only do we assign his book, Ethics in Motion, as part of the core curriculum in the graduate and undergraduate Ethics for Accountant courses, but we ask Justin to come back each year to meet with our students and share his experiences and wisdom directly with them. I have seen that students have a much better understanding of the dangers of white collar crime and how to stay ethical after hearing from Justin. I wholeheartedly endorse Justin and his team at White Collar Advice!!!”

White Collar Advice - Best in the Business
White Collar Advice (Justin, Sam and it’s team) are, in what I have experienced, the best in the business. I was able to engage early with the team in my legal process. From the outset they educated, guided, and humanized an experience for me and my family helping to create actions for the best possible outcome. They have been through the experience I am going through. And with that experience they have helped prepare so that I can come out as quickly as possible and make my time in prison a productive experience. I am writing this review on my way to surrender to Federal Prison. And due to my engagement (and friendship) with the team, I am going in prepared and will be able to return to my family a better human.
