I wasn't sure what to expect when I hired "Federal Prison Counsel" to assist me with my scary and very serious charges. I worked with Sam and Larry and they are incredible. Always available to answer my questions. I believe what made an impact on my case was the incredible Character Letters they wrote after interviewing my family, friends and others who supported me. They got to know my story and wrote a Mini Autobiography that I also gave to the Judge. Sam was my go to guy. Didn't matter what time I called, he answered. Larry is the one who wrote everything. Larry's is amazing. Sam schooled me on the do's and don'ts of what to say and not say during my Presentence Report with Probation before sentencing. This is very very important.
I believe in my heart that without their help and knowledge of the Federal system I wouldn't have received the sentence I received. Me changing my life was a great added bonus to my recent sentence too. I was looking at 10+ years in prison. I got sentenced on May 31st, 2022. I got 4 years probation with a $300 fine. I want to thank Sam, Larry and everyone on my team who helped for the last 14 months with my case. I have my Freedom and I get to continue to continuously improve my life and succeed.
I can't "THANK YOU" all enough. I will be your biggest advocate for anyone who is fighting a Federal case and needs added help that the lawyers don't provide. I recommend hiring this group of men along with having an attorney.
You guys are the best❤️💕❣️

Sam and Larry helped me though uncertain period in my life. They walked me though step by step how to work with my attorney. I ended up getting a probation instead of years of prison time. All the letters and preparing for the case was valuable tools and contributing factor. Also, Sam helping me with all the questions which helped me guide though unknown and scary time period of my life. Please do watch all their videos and study and put effort to your case. Huge Thank You
Hi =) Though my November 2021 sentencing was repeatedly postponed, I was finally sentenced on 3/3/2022. Though my attorney had submitted his document (including my written narrative & character letters) on my behalf requesting 48 months, when I walked into the courthouse I had prepared myself as best as I could to be sentenced to up to 97 months based on the presentencing report. Minutes before my sentencing hearing began my attorney let me know that some kind of 'sealed motion' had been filed based on information provided during my proffer, and the prosecution has recommended a 15% reduction to my sentence; my attorney quickly mentioned something about 85 months. The sentencing hearing itself was horrible/brutal - which apparently is the job of the prosecution & the judge =\ However, when I was provided the opportunity to speak, I read 'my' statement. After that, the judge did say a couple of things that I took as being as 'kind' as they possibly could be coming from him - and he sentenced me to 70 months. Though I thought I would be so nervous & out-of-it that I wouldn't really know what was going on, I was amazingly & surprisingly completely 'present'. I was most surprised to find that the entire sentencing was only 20 minutes, because I would have sworn I was standing for at least a couple of hours. But I was pleasantly surprised feeling like I had 'prepared' myself as much as I could, which allowed me to be as present as I was.)
I had already requested that my attorney ask that I be able to self-surrender to Dublin in three months, and that he reiterate the RDAP recommendation from the presentencing report. The prosecution asked that I self-surrender in two months. The judge ended my hearing my recommending that I participate in RDAP and that I self-surrender in 2.5 months to Dublin. I received confirmation that I am to report to Dublin Camp on 5/18/2022. Today is my 47th birthday, in 4 days I will be in Dublin, and on 5/24/2022 I will miss celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary with my beloved hubby =*(
Prior to sentencing I had already done multiple calculations with my family and we talked to the attorney immediately after the hearing. Given the 15% credits, my planning to take full advantage of the Second Chance Act and participate in RDAP - I am hoping with everything that I am back home to my family within a couple of years. =*)
Of course I was in shock for awhile... and still am... but I am continuing to stay as positive as I possibly can, and I do 100% intend to do everything that I can to remain this way while incarcerated.
I have wanted to thank you personally for all of the assistance that you provided with the narrative, my allocution & just so very much helpful information & support over the last 11 months. Without your help with the documents, I would never have had the confidence that I've had since last summer. And I needed the confidence not only for myself, but for my daughters (& family). Nothing I write or say could possibly thank you & the organization enough. Though I don't have any idea really what my life will look like over the next few years, in my head and my heart I keep believing that I am going to come out 'better' & stronger than I was. There have been many times over the past year when a realization has kind of 'hit' feeling like I looked a huge fear right in the face and survived; and I have most definitely already made changes to how I live & who I've surrounded myself with. This complete change to my perspective of this entire process & of my future occurred last summer after I found your organization's website - and I've been needing to write this THANK YOU since my emotions have finally calmed a lot since the sentencing. Though of course there is a fear of prison & especially being away from my family for the first time in my life, more determination to remain positive & committed to improvement has slowly been replacing the fear. What I found on your websites gave me hope that I didn't have before, and I continue to comb through them on a daily basis for anything that can even remotely help me and/or my family.
If there is any way at all that I would be able to assist with the organizations' efforts over the next couple of years (or longer!), I would be completely thrilled at any prospect. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you AGAIN =*)

Teamwork is located HERE at White…
Teamwork is located HERE at White Collar Advice. Recently, I hired their team to assist my legal defense and was facing 20 years. With combined focused teamwork, I was recently sentenced to 3 years, with continued action to reduce my time away from family even today. I cannot speak highly enough of the family at White Collar Advice. They have been in your shoes and know how to utilize all the tools in the system to ensure the lowest sentence.

Answered Prayers
The professionals at White Collar Advice were an answered prayer. During the darkest time of my life, Justin and his team provided guidance that will help me get home to my family much sooner that I anticipated. They worked well with my attorney, and helped educate him on programs that he didn't even know were available. The team helped me prepare my Personal Narrative, Character Letters, and advised me on the placement of the RDAP program. CD

My TRUE experience with Sam and White Collar Advice
I’m surrendering in two hours to serve a 67 month sentence—but I’m sure I’ll serve only 18-24 months with the early release plan I have with Sam and the White Collar Advice team.
In regards to my sentence of 67 months, I was looking at 20 yrs and the Feds asking for 10yrs. Thanks to Sam, Brad, Larry, Justin and White Collar Advice, I was well prepared for the pre-sentence report interview and I had a beautiful well crafted narrative. I also had the perfect impact letters from friends and family and statement at sentencing—which the judge knew I was remorseful and a changed man already. There truly are no words that can do justice to the immense value I received and will continue to receive from the team.
I didn’t have the money when I first spoke to Sam. But where there’s a will there’s a way. I came up with the money through unwavering faith and determination and it was the best investment of my life. Can you really put a price tag on years of your life? I have 3 beautiful girls and their daddy will be home in a blip to see them.
I highly recommend Sam and the team at White Collar Advice. There’s nothing to think about. It’s your life, make it happen! God bless

The only prison consultant I would ever recommend!
I am an attorney in Atlanta who handles very serious criminal cases in federal court. My clients are professionals and come from good backgrounds and they are absolutely terrified of the idea of going to federal prison. That is when I introduce them to Justin Paperny! Right from the outset, Justin makes an immediate difference in our client's life. He takes out the guesswork, the anxiety, the fears of the unknown, and all of the other negative emotions and turns the client's attention to the positive. Justin is down to earth, totally relatable, and most importantly, he is so knowledgeable of the federal prison system. He has truly dedicated his life to this and it shows! Justin Paperny is the only prison consultant I would ever recommend!
