Justin and his team have provided invaluable guidance and encouragement during the most difficult situations. The communication and responsiveness to your needs is exceptional! The information I have learned through their tools and books have provided me with the help I needed to navigate an entirely new process to be prepared for the future.

So far everything very promising and productive

Excellent communication and writing skills. Took the time to get the complete picture.

The outreach of support is nothing I have experienced before. Every employee takes the time out of their life to make sure you feel like you are the most important person. I have a crazy schedule and they work around everything. Would recommend to anyone.

White Collar Advice has created a unique space for those of us who have become involved with the Federal Criminal Justice System and the Department of Justice to find help, information and the most important, support and friendship. While I am not a client, I have been welcomed with open arms and met the most amazing group of people. I wish that this group had been here years ago. I was so frightened, overwhelmed and lonely. I had and still have the best lawyers on the East Coast. They were caring and did a great job. They knew the system because they were former Assistant US attorneys. They will never know what it was like to be me (I hope). The Skool group Justin created is nothing short of a miracle!

White Collar Advice offers prompt, specific, knowledgeable, advice on matters pertaining to being arrested, indicted for a crime. They offer expertise on how to handle a pre-sentencing interview, manage the prison experience, and how to create and present a release plan. All this is done with the goal of getting the felon back to their family as quickly as possible, back to being a productive member of society, and making society safer while reducing costs associated with incarceration.

As the wife of a white collar justice impacted person, I have spent a few years online trying to understand what was happening, the judicial system, and what will happen next. It's been so difficult to try and manage everything that's going on when the government took everything including my husband and I was in complete despair. I found White Collar Advice right away in my online searches. I started watching the YouTube videos and found help understanding what was happening, help for my husband and myself, some much needed humor, and hope for the future. The website has so much information and so many resources I could always find what I was looking for. The Skool community has been a life saver. I have found a truly supportive caring group of friends who understand every fear, anxiety, and emotion. The White Collar Advice team and members of the community who are in different stages of their journey are ready and willing to help. We love to cheer each other on through every success and failure. Everything is covered in Skool, any and all questions are answered, there is an interactive webinar once a week where an important topic is covered and we can ask questions and get clarifications. There are classroom tabs with additional information, past webinars, and helpful resources. It's really the best thing that's happened during this journey for both my husband and I. It's a great place for people going through the process, and their family and friends to find information and get the support that is so critical to surviving the system.

I first found White Collar Advice when I was trying to find out information about what in a fraud case in which I was going to plead guilty. I didn't spend a lot of time on the site at the time. Soon after my charge became public, Scott Langely reached out to me personally. He was genuinely warm and was experienced in being in the situation in which I found myself. The information provided by White Collar Advice to help me emphasize my mitigating factors I have no doubt helped me achieve a lighter sentence than what was recommended. Their expertise and knowledge of how to navigate the legal system is top-notch. As I approach my surrender date, the information, suggestions, and knowledge of this group of people is something I will certainly be grateful to have.
