Bought 3 items and paid through PayPal. After I’d paid the price went up by £12. Waited for goods to arrive. I T-shirt ok. Jumper arrived with words spelled wrong and poor quality and wrong colour . Other sweatshirt didn’t arrived. They agreed to refund unauthorised increase and sent out missing shirt. Insisted that the faulty item was correct when it left them and offered me a $3 refund. I asked to return and it cost me £20 - PayPal paid £15 of that. There was no one at the address in china when postage service tried to deliver. PayPal refunded item cost but still down over charged postage and return postage despite promises to refund. Awful company.

After clicking on the site it read that my first order would be 50% off by entering my email address. I typed in my email and hit send. However after placing my order I noticed I DID NOT receive the 50% off. I did receive a percent off but not 50%. After emailing them and explaining what happened, they responded that I had already used a discount rate. I did not use a discount rate, they put one in for me. I would have only purchased the one top instead of the three pieces if I’d known I would not be receiving 50% off. It’s a scam company! Beware!

As with so many others, I found that the quality of this company in terms of product quality and customer service is very bad. I ordered a t shirt in the size I always order from various clothing sites. The shirt arrived in a flimsy package, with no packing slip or any identification. The shirt was way too small. I contacted them to return it. The first reply asked for a code that was supposed to be included in the package. I replied there was no such code. Long story short -- I explained that the shirt was too small, their answer was to give it to someone else as the warehouse sent the size I indicated. I've never had any other site refuse to accept a return when I indicated it was too small or too large.

I bought a top from this website, and received a very poorly printed version that was nothing like the advertising photograph. I contacted customer service with photos of the website and my item, only to be told that there was nothing wrong with what I had been sent and therefore there will be no refund or exchange. After arguing for a few emails, I was told that I could return the item but would have to pay an expensive return fee and was offered £5.75 in compensation to keep the item which is nowhere near how much it cost. Terrible products and terrible customer service; scam items.

I ordered several items from Whitecloths and it took several weeks for delivery. The items were for Independence Day and didn't arrive in time for me to wear them. The items did not fit anyway and now Whitecloths will not let me return them for a full refund. I did my due diligence and checked sizing/measurements as well as the return policy. Although, as I review the policy, it is pretty generic and doesn't specifically say that if I am not satisfied, I can get a refund. It only says that they will review the request for returns. This the last time I will ever order anything like this!

Whitecloths is a scam seller - the goods delivered are of absolute rubbish quality that have zero bearing with photos shown in their adverts. Return policy is non-existent contrary to that indicated in their products pages, Avoid at all cost and buy from them at your peril.

Don't use this company, they are a Chinese company pretending to be an American, selling very poor quality, cheap goods that look great on their website but are crap when they arrive. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Don't use this company, the images on their web site are copies from elsewhere, their company address is not real, the clothes they send are not what is advertised and they refuse to offer refunds - their is no phone number either
