Minus stars Scammers stole my money. Not legit company

It was awful. They only got one star from me because the didn't have negative stars to give. It's not a Sweatshirt at all. The fabric is thinner than a tee-shirt. There was also problems with the stitching. I was told I could take it and have it fixed myself. WHAT???? I didn't pay this much to have to fix it myself. I asked for a refund for the $ 45 I was charged for this completely thin fake "Sweatshirt " again NOT a Sweatshirt. The receipt said $33 but $45 was charged on my card. I was told in an email, because there is no way to talk to a CSR, that I could return it at cost to myself. Do not order from them. I lost $45. I'm so disappointed. 😢 I recieved an email stating you wanted more information. My experience remains the same. They never remedied the issue. I'm left with something I had to throw away for $45.

Never received merchandise, should have researched compsny first, made in china, shipped through Ireland, been three weeks, they say merchandise delivered, by whom, where, claim it was signed for, by whom, fraudulent company, filed with credit card company, sent letter to attorney general nys,

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and 2 sweat pants and only received the 2 shirts but got a delivery email stating that my order had been delivered. There is no way to contact these people. I have no way to get my money back so the best I can do is try to warn as many people as I can. Please do not waste your money.

I ordered a “sweatshirt”and what I received was not a sweatshirt. The shirt is made from cheap slick material, not sweatshirt material. I asked for a refund and they will not provide me the information to return the shirt. I am told to keep it or give it away. I want my money back!

Do not order from this company! No shipping updates! Charged me more then actual receipt for merchandise (my bank got me a refund). Have yet to receive items. One customer service email said it had not shipped. Another said there was a problem with the order. Save your money and order from ETSY!! These guys are a joke!!!

Received 2 of my 4 items. Both were supposed to be the same size, neither one were the correct size. Cheap quality shirts. Impossible to contact customer service. Based in the Netherlands, which is not stated on the website. Do not waste your money like I have!

My sizing which I measured was off. Their Xl is a medium. When i followed the steps for a review, they traced my order and said I was stuck with it. Punished for being honest. Beware.
