I was WAY overcharged on tax, communication is just going in circles. They just keep asking for the same info over and over. It is clear from the grammar and syntax that I am NOT dealing with a US company. I’m having the same bad experience as others have indicated. This is my first and last order from this business.

Ordered 2 orders of 5 items each. Out of thec10 items only received 3. Been over a month. Been trying to contact customer service. Was told I'd get a reply within 24 hours but nothing.

Took forever to ship to the point I thought I was scammed. When I finally received the shirt, there was no image printed on the back as advertised and it’s the only reason i purchased it. Getting the run around from customer service because they don’t seem to find anything wrong with it.

Do not order from this company!!! Their products are not what is advertised. I ordered a sweatshirt but it IS NOT a sweatshirt more like a long sleeve thin top. Plus it took over a month to arrive. I'm trying to return it and all they are doing is giving me the run around, send order number, send picture of item, send picture of outside packaging, send picture of bar code on package etc. I did all of that and they are still finding ways to not do my return. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER order from them again. A total waste of money.

This is a scam company! First they overcharged my credit card for more than I authorized, then wouldn't let me cancel the order. After waiting WEEKS for it to arrive - it was a crappy shirt that was supposed to say "This one's for you JIMMY" in memory of Jimmy Buffett. The shirt says JIMOY vs. Jimmy. I've been trying to reach customer service for hours for a refund with zero luck. The link to submit a request replies that it isn't the correct link. SCAM SCAM SCAM POS Product and Company. I would give it a Minus 1 rating - but a 1 is the lowest rating available. I'm so pissed!

The shirt I ordered was junk! What a waste of money. Never again!

Terrible terrible terrible. The shirts were supposed to be sweatshirts and they are this cheap shiny stuff and the sizes are completely off the sleeves was so long. I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped but could not get a hold of anyone. Now I'm trying to return and again the emails are automated.
