Because I waited till my birthday to open my sweater I missed the deadline to return it by 3 days. It was too small. They now refuse to let me exchange it for another sweater or return it for my money ($325) back. Don’t buy from them!

Terrible experience trying to get a price adjust on a pair of socks. Said if they gave me the adjustment my entire order was no longer returnable. They said they refunded but my bank never saw it. Other cute sweaters out there. Avoid.

Their color names are deceptive, their images aren't accurate and their customer service is run by AI. Definitely don't buy anything final sale.

I had to return two sweaters because of sizing issues, and the ordeal has been an absolute nightmare. For international customers, returns are a trap — you’re expected to pay for your own shipping, a fact hidden deep in the fine print. I’ve lost my import duties, paid sky-high DHL fees, and now the company claims the return has been “lost.” Customer service is practically nonexistent — it feels like one person handling a global mess. This brand trades on the illusion of luxury but delivers chaos and indifference. Save your money. There’s better cashmere, better service, and better integrity elsewhere.
