Can't complain about this hotel. Large spacious room. With good air con and fan. Bed was huge queen size. Only down side was the smell some times from the bathroom. Plenty of soap and shower gel Nice fluffy clean towels. Food: A good variety of food for all 3 meals. Ranging from eggs made to order, porridge fresh fruit, yogurts, hot and cold buffets & variety of bread rolls, coffee and tea and juice which is more like a squash drink. Lunch & dinner :variety of meats and fish daily. With pasta, salads always plenty of fresh cream gâteaux style cakes and smaller cakes and different flavour ice creams and fruits. Beach was always kept clean. Workers always cleaning the sea weed which washed up on the sand. Staff friendly At the time of our trip they was doing a lot of construction work on the hotel. Which will improve the hotels star rating once complete. 5 pools to choose from. But of course the best was the infinity pool on the roof. But no free all inclusive drinks at this pool as it was to encourage you to buy the cocktails. If you plan a trip. Saona isla is paradise. And worth every penny. We paid 55 dollars. Good cheap and cheerful holiday
