WGT GolfReviews of wgt.com

I've been playing this game since 2009 and had a lot of fun with it...till recently. When you changed the format over you took the fun out of it. I still can;t play match games, stroke games etc. don't know why. I've written letters to you but the only response I got was " we'll send it to our tech people" heard nothing. I recently rented a set of irons, when the time was up I tried to get my old clubs back to equip them but could'nt. Just a money grab. Very disappointed. I'll use my remaining credits then dump this crappy game. With all the negative reviews why don't you listen to the players and give us what we want??

This game is designed for folks with money. If you don’t invest on a regular basis your “credits” are diminished and your game suffers for lack of gear to advance. The algorithm for the short game is brutal at best. If you are not fortunate enough to get on the green and end up on the fringe on any kind of slope it will not strike the ball cleanly. You either completely chunk the shot or fly over to the other side. My time in this game is done and would not recommend anyone else play it unless you have significant cash to throw at it.

what the hell has happened ? the complete change has ruined all the fun. game play and well the whole experience is rubbish. id never spend a penny on this game as i did before. who the hell owns this game ? let me say who does has just lost a bag full of money and has no idea of loyality and what works. muppets WGT will die

I have played this game since Jan 2011 and it has been great, fantastic and wonderful. As of Dec 29 2020 they completely changed the game and it is horrible. Before Dec 29 we were able to login and try the new format. No one, and I mean no one had a positive review. There are too many aspects of the game that they screwed up for me to list them all. Oh, you think I'm exaggerating? No, it's bad. Really, really bad. I hate to say this but, someone needs to lose their job. I played better golf games 25 years ago. Fortunately, this is still capitalism and someone will eventually fill the void WGT has left behind. I just hope it's soon.

Very bad graphics on Steam client. Abandoning game when flash dies .

Greens are not realistic, built on hills. Balls bounce extremely far and greens are extremely fast, not realistic to real golf. Very hard to read terrain and ball will turn without any logic.maybe one level green per course.

I have played this game for a while now. I used to enjoy it a lot. Lately they decide who the winner is based on how much money you spend on balls and clubs. I have all the good clubs but they all hit 30 to 40 yards less now because I decided not to buy balls anymore. The blue line moves at deferent speed every shot so you can never a good hit. I’ll never spend another dime and if you are smart, you would not either unless you are ready to spend $100 a month.

I started to play this game around 4 months ago during the lock down to look for fun. The Game was very enjoyable and did not mind paying for the extras like for example the driver that comes with it hits 210 yards and brought a new driver for $4.99 and could hot 245 yards. I got to level 33 and loved it until I got a Promo offer 20000 WGT coins a hybrid , 3 wood and golf balls for $6.99 and WGT charged me 3 times and did not get what I paid for. Contacted WGT and terrible customer service and told did I take a snapshot of what I bought. Immediately deleted WGT and will never play again. You have been warned
