I’m giving two stars because I have to be fair six years ago. It would’ve gotten four stars and some change…. Callaway, unfortunately got involved. They turned into a cash cow manipulated the game removed customer service with pre-written responses as of January 1, 2025 they were sold in privatized to a software company in Northern California and it is still business as usual. Zero customer service there’s not even a response anymore. They base this game algorithmically as a casino would or a beverage company. They look for the 10%. of addictive personality for impulse purchasing, the game is purely based on what you spend I have taught people how to manipulate the game, which they put right there in front of your face so nobody’s cheating but as time is gone by, they have removed these ends so that players must spend more and more money for less and less results If you’re starting out, it’s best you quit. They will cheat you. The game is not static. They will lie and lie and lie through their teeth that it is yet they will refuse to provide any algorithmic proof that the game is static. This was a great game and there is a immense amount of potential with it, but those who have gotten their hands on it refused to see what the game can be and only use it to bleed money Into their pockets with a big middle finger to all who play…It is a very untrustworthy app without any guidance to bring it to what it should and has been in the past.. Customer service is nonexistent when it did exist. It was pre-written responses that are completely all subject and base and just another middle finger to a player because they don’t have time or care or concern that could affect the game or their earnings. These are just greedy, greedy SOB‘s.. Bash this game with With all the negativity that is brought your way don’t be afraid. Speak your mind. Let them know how corrupt they truly are. I’ve been on this game for close to six years now I know what it was and I know how Degradation and lack of care or concern other than what you put in your pockets it is now. I got a YouTube channel completely devoted to ripping this game a new A! so you want some advice on how to make it a good quality Honest game…the potential you guys don’t see is mind-boggling… Callaway destroyed it now you in Norcal have it and you don’t give a crap.. It’s just pay me and you could care less when the game is gone next year…

tournaments some people hit as low as 52 you can't do that unless you're using cheating software, also if you block a quitter you can still play them in a random game... Surely you make enough money to correct the errors... I've just played a block player and after two holes he quit (already blocked""") 😭

The game used to be good. Now it's just tricked up! Like you can't four putt from 2 ft. There's no course in the world like that! And when you're supposedly a tour pro like myself on this app, there's just no way, the programmers got to go back to the starting point and make it about being as close to real golf as possible

Those who played this game before Covid understand that it was actually a really solid game and you could actually trust what you saw.. Post Covid surprise surprise like everything else in the world and let’s be clear in America has been greed amplified byGREED!!!!! An open face lies With very lame excuses , how is there a shortage in data by a supply line? Lmao!! Callaway saw Cash Cow And a way to exploit and cheat people And then over and F uk them in the ass while Supposedly having no responsibility while Openly direct and in your face openly stealing money!!!! Literally stealing money and shirking responsibility and game planning how to steal more money through this app.. If you write a negative review on WGT watch what happens not for a week half a year plus … They use hash numbers, collect your data and then exploit that and use it against you with any negative review of truth that could be detrimental to their cash cow …without any recourse from the players at WGT …and due to that being a Callaway player I will never touch their golf clubs again they have lost somebody who will spend excess of 20 grand a year on golf clubs For many of my clients and it will never happen again ….Taylormade right next-door where I live in San Diego North County all my business Outfitting clients in golf apparel of the highest degree TAYLORMADE!!!!… Callaway ranks at the very bottom Because of greed not gear, just pure greed… I’d rather go to Arizona pay the PXG experience and come away feeling vibrate about what I did never give a dime to Callaway. They are garbage. They are all about cheating and being Jewish Here’s the thing I’m Jewish. This is how much they upset me.!!! This is a very very negative company that you wanna steer far away from they are not here for your benefit in any way shape or form of their equipment. Their customer service they are sick and poor. Been playing for over 4 years. I have upgraded equipment and putter and the play is worse than when I had starter equipment. Shots never get close and putting always difficult even short putts.

Every complaint I've read about WGT on this site is dead on the money. Especially the money grab the company is on. But I play for fun and can afford to waste a few bucks each week. I know like any video game there's plenty of BS to go around when you're on the app. Women out driving me by 40 yards with the same driver, low level players making shots they can't even imagine as a beginner. Clock watchers who really TICK me off because they hold up the game unnecessarily. Views of your putt that are 10ft below the playing surface and you can't even see your ball or the hole. All of that...But you don't have to play or spend your hard earned money unless you choose to, so get over it. And since I'm an active member I'll probably get even more bad calls but so be it. The truth is the truth...

Used to be OK. Not anymore. Customer Servuce is a joke BTW. Programming is suddenly different on greens and in side winds. On my backswing the game glitched and hit my ball in to the hazard. Lost ball. And they charge SO much for them. They owe me for balls and nice clubs. Oh also… I’m a level 67 and 90% of the time I’m paired up against players level 100+. I think I’m done. It’s gotten to be an obvious scam.

Hi Folks Well you have to dream, no I meant Really Really dream. Dream that you’re a reasonably handy player and the shots you play are truly yours and that when you beat your opponent it’s a real live person you are playing. Sometimes no matter how well you play it seems like the system is totally against you. I believe that each time you play an apparent live opponent , the system pulls up a file of a player to play you and the system knows the score your opponent made before the game commences and can even manipulate your shots to achieve the desired outcome. This became very obvious of late after the system upgrade that had the games freezing requiring a game restart. On three or four occasions I left the game in frustration coming back online after an hour or more only to fine my opponent still there waiting for me to resume. Do you believe anyone would be so patient to finish a three hole game after this time especially when three shots down??? This game has had me hooked until I saw the light . If you don’t spend your money your driven to madness. If they made this game a pay to play with everyone using the same equipment it would be a huge success if it wasn’t too expensive. I refuse to pay high prices for clubs that would only boost my ego and I would feel that I was a protected species and not really know how good a player I was. Problem is that I haven’t found another golf game with the realism of this, so well done WGT for that.
