I’ve played the game since the original WGT. Now private Equity Company bought it. Did away with 9 hole games, and what’s left is crap. I hate private equity companies like this. They have monetized this game and now it’s honest crap. I’ve sent them notes now and all it does is they say thanks. We will pass it on. Nothing works now. You want to advance Pay the Piper! 3hole games and you need lots of coins. Providence Equity now owns WGT GOLF. They have ruined a good game. I’ll quit soon. Chad Nelson was one of the creators of WGT golf in 2016. Since he’s gone and Providence runs it. Find another Golf Game. Don’t waste your money here. Lots will probably leave or have already

The game/platform is a complete fraud! Don’t waste any money on this app. It’s dishonest. It’s inconsistent. Although I can’t prove it, I suspect that the winner is decided long before tee off. It appears that if you don’t spend money, you simply can’t win. Don’t waste time or money on this. Hopefully someone puts together an app that’s fun and honest. This app isn’t it!!!!

I've been playing this game since it was in beta testing... About 14 years. Every time the nerds and Eggheads who designed this, (who apparently have never played the game in real life) continue to change it for their monetary advantage. My latest bone to pick with them is they've changed the coin room games so that you can only play a one or three whole round now. My advice to noobs, find another game.

Wgt was a brilliant game. I always played 9 holes against another opponent somewhere in the world. Now the have Messed with the software again which has turned it into a load of Crappola. The people who get Paid to mess with a perfectly good game are always the people who are responsible for it's downfall. Sad. I've been a member for year's. I'm gonna look elsewhere from now on.

I used to like WGT but now it is crap you can’t play 2 Player over 9 holes

I joined the showdown, paid my way in, couldn’t get an opponent for 10 minutes, so I came out with the intention of trying again. Went back in and found out I was three over par. Amazing since not only did I not take a single shot but I never even had an opponent. very poor admin. Can I have my credits back?

Every time they do an update this game gets worse. They have just done another update can't find my goto quick game. I do wish they wouldn't fix what isn't broken.

I was a long time player of WGT and really enjoyed the online game. WGT constantly changes the web layout, where choices are made, and in general just shift things around. Today, 09-01-2026 I logged on and once again the whole format was changed. Choices were even hard to select and not clear about cost. I selected a game and lost over 600,000 coins in one match. Tee boxes moved around, just anything to piss you off.
