Decent products, but not worth the high price and extremely slow shipping speeds. I ordered from a competitor two days after ordering from WtW and it arrived before WtW had even shipped my order. Plus, really slow & poor customer service. Good luck getting help if you need anything.

I highly NOT recommend them. Out the wrong address by mistake, sent them email (only contact) they replied me 3 days later and obviously sent it to the wrong address. They told me they cant do anything. HORRIBLE customer service. Stay away from them.

I absolutely love all of their products! One of the reasons why is because you can fertilize it all year round and you can use all of their products each and every time you water. They also have this enrichment powder that you put on The Roots When You're transfer your plants into bigger pots Etc. The neem oil plus something else I can't remember what it is is amazing. The plants look so shiny and beautiful and clean and it smells great and it keeps bugs away as well. They have a starter kit it is kind of pricey but it does last a while. So yeah definitely go check them out and give him a chance because I'm so glad that I did! I have to get on there and order some more enrichment powder because it literally does not throw your plant into shock at all whatsoever. Happy shopping and good luck
