Casing broke after less than 20 uses. No help from them
I paid more than 60 euros for a lipstick that I barely used and after a less than 20 uses the lipstick with neither go up nor down again, so of course I had to throw it away. When I wrote to Westman Atelier they said they are not responsible since they work through partners in Europe. they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase. As if I'd EVER by another product from them. And what would it have cost them to replace it? Incredible.....
