This is for western exterminator in California. This is for a community in Palm Springs. Absolutely abhorrent customer service and billing practices. We keep getting emails saying we owe (which we do) but we can’t get an invoice! There is nobody you can talk to that can/will help. It’s so simple. Send an invoice and we will pay. The service tech clearly set the account up incorrectly from the start. Since they did it incorrectly I don’t know what information is in there. Their website says the invoice doesn’t exist even though they are emailing us with that number. The first call I made was clearly a call center. Over the course of 5 phone calls I am now aware there have been multiple acquisitions and none of the systems align. I even tried their chat. What a joke!!! In the “que” for 30 minutes and no response! STAY AWAY from this company at all costs. It’s either western exterminator or rentokill or terminix take your pick because I’ve gotten id’s from all of them trying to pay an invoice

I've left over 20 messages via call center for rep and/or management to get ahold of me and after weeks, a manager did, and stated he needed to look into my situation and he would get back to me. It's been over 6 weeks and nothing. The sales rep stated he would visit and check the traps within 6-9 months (and bring a few golf balls with the logo on them, which I thought was thoughtful), but he has not and does not respond to his emails I've written to him, multiple times, either.
