I got my package, the shipping took like 2 weeks which I expected to be like that, the clothes were good but unfortunately did not fit properly to me! I reached out to customer support and they provided me with an exchange option for the sizes I needed. I was a bit angry at the beginning but to my surprise, I didn't need to send back the ones I already had, they gifted them to me! WOW After 2 weeks after receiving my order I got the other package and also kept the one I had! I never experienced something like this, these guys really are the best at their job. 10/10

Good customer service. I had an issue with my order and We Love Street reached out to resolve it, and gave me two other discounts on top of it. Shipping was fast and the item was as described. They have a lot of merch that I can't find anywhere else online.

I ordered an item and it was out of stock so they allowed me to pick a replacement item of equal or HIGHER value, most companies don’t do that. They also let me ship my replacement order with a newer order I had placed with them so I could receive my order faster. The customer service from violet was amazing and I recommend shopping with them

Had problems with the shipping company and a WLS customer support employee, Violet Cruz, went above and beyond to help sort it out. Now, instead of losing both my package and the money I paid for it, I can expect it to arrive (properly this time) on my doorstep with no further problems from the shipping company.
