WelovestreetReviews of welovestreet.com

I ordered a sweater. ( a beautiful one ) when i had not received new updates i contacted them and they answered me right away, happily updating me on where/when my shipment would arrive. i highly suggest this company as it makes the cutest street attire. i received my sweater and it was beyond my standards! one happy customer!

Understanding that a company who's marketing campaign is very strong must be taken in consideration when writing a review about them. First off, their product portfolio is considerably pleasing in my opinion, many options in clothes that I actually like. Second, their customer service is one of the most active and helpful I've seen, thanks to Violet Cruz. She was super understanding and helped me with my issue quick. The only cons I can think of was the fact that the staff had failed to notify me that there was a product shortage, 4 weeks after I had placed an order. My problem with that is my issue could have been resolved far sooner if I would have known my order was being held up. The pricing for the clothing is also lucrative imo. It's all special designing but I have seen some of these products in other contending sites, but I chose WLS because the discount prices were lower. All in all, WLS is a cool place to shop online

While the sizing runs smaller than I anticipated, I had amazing customer service from the lovely Violet Cruz who reassured me that she would replace one of the t-shirts. It's refreshing to have an excellent communicator willing to offer solutions :)

Trustworthy, take a little long but everything else is good.

Some issues with local postal services. The product it self is fantastic, sleek, durable, materials aren't "cheap". Best part about WE LOVE STREET is the customer service. I could not be happier with Violet and her amazing customer service skills. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got my item, shes the best and from that alone I will be purchasing more awesome products!

First of all, I don't trust Trustpilot - so there you go :-) BUT I have had a great experience with We Love Street. I can see there are very different experiences with this webshop, and I know that many webshops are facing challenges with customer service and support. But in this case - in my case - We Love Street just delivered a perfect service. Thank you Violet Cruz for answering within hours and for your kind replies to my sometimes frustrated tone. We Love Street is a real webshop. I recieved my items, unfortunately one time with a very delayed delivery, but the customer support made up for it. So I just ordered again, and I'm looking forward to get my new stuff from WLS.

so its a real company. they do send you the cloths you want. it does come. this is not a scam I'm some guy in canada. the only problem is you need to really watch the sizing. you need to go like 3 sizes up. but I got the wrong size and they are sending me a new pair for free. so again real company. just be carful with sizing and patient.

I love the products, though it took a while to deliver and you need to check the sizes. Thanks for the top customer support!
