Placed an order and had Violet sending me supportive emails amd all was well.Received my order today( 3 weeks after) and the wrong size was sent,ordered S received M and one item did not match the images on website. Tried to explain this situation and was told regarding the sizes that the asian sizes are smaller than UK/EU so how come I have received M? Asked for the returns details and been ignored. Sent pictures of my items and all but no help whatsoever. Quality is close to very bad, looks very cheap and feels horrible. I guess I have to keep these to mop my floors and seems like Violet is unable to provide return details even though it states free worldwide returns on their website. The website also states that you have to contact them before you can return anything, so in my case I'm at loss as no reply!!! Please consider other shops as this one will show no support after you pay them. For the same price surely better shops out there. I did not want to have a bad impression by reading the previous reviews, I know now I should have taken that into consideration before ordering. Oh, and I was asked to review them before my items arrived, which I did not. Violet mentioned spme people are leaving negative reviews to hurt the company, now I know this is purely due to this company just wanting to sell the items and thats it. No afterwards help!! Avoid this shop.

I purchased a shirt from we love street. It looked okay, but the style and cut did not fit well. It was way too baggy for me. When I contacted we love street to return the item, they told me they would not accept the return. They said the size chart was on their site and it was my responsibility to select the correct size. As they sent me the size I asked for, it is my problem. As we all know, buying online clothing is hit and miss. Size charts vary, and the style and cut of the clothing impacts how it looks. This is the first merchant that I have purchased clothing online who does not return items due to fit/size issues. This is not okay. If I was you, don't buy from this place.

They sent me a large when I ordered a medium then tried to blame me for their misdoing. Then when I stated that the clothes were way to big to be the size that the website claimed for them to be, they dragged their feet on my refund as well as getting back to me. Terrible customer service literally and terrible service waited 3 weeks for NOTHING!!!

Do not buy from this site the deny your refunds and they sent me pants that is not how they are displayed on their website

Even a 1 star review is too good for this sham of a company. Trainers received before Christmas, not as described, poor quality and faulty. Email sent as per their refund policy the same day order was received to ask for refund. Rather than provide an address for return in order to issue a refund, they have tried to fob off this request by saying they will send another pair of trainers and I can keep the faulty ones as a 'goodwill gesture'. Funnily enough, a new pair of trainers never arrived and after waiting from 29 December to 10 Feb, I chased this up and asked that a refund now be issued due to the time it has taken, only to be fobbed off again. They have tried to say that I had said the trainers were still wearable as an excuse not to issue a refund, which I did not and had the emails to prove it. They are now trying to get me to do an exchange with another item, I have declined this repeatedly asking for a refund and have now been told they only issue in-store credit refunds contrary to their website refund policy which states they will issue refund to original payment method. Do not buy from this store unless you are wanting poor quality goods and poor customer service where they refuse to issue refunds to their customer despite their own refund policy! Complete scam of a company.

I simply wanted to return a couple of items… but since getting an auto-response with the fabrication that I couldn't return my items (fresh out of the bag), I’ve been stone-walled. Under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 – and indeed under their own terms – returns should be 100% be allowed, regardless of an items description online. For a merchant to operate this way is fundamentally wrong and worse, UNLAWFUL. It’s disappointing to see so many others affected by this online. I’ll be reporting We Love Street to the UK and EU Trading Standards and I encourage others to do the same. For those who’ve had a pleasant shopping experience, I’m glad you got the better end of the stick! UPDATE: I notice WLS have dubious new 'customer' reviews hailing the 'great' customer support - I'd urge anyone not take these at face value.
