I ordered an embroidered sweatshirt and received, much later, a horrible cat cushion from China (I don't have a cat). It had nothing to do with my order. I contacted customer service, who asked for photos and told me they would investigate, but I've had no response to my subsequent emails... scam! Stay away.

They said package will be delivered before Christmas. I ordered 8th December. It's March tommorow, and they didn't deliver it, customer service doesn't know anything, no refund.

No te permiten cambiar de talla de manera gratuita, cosa que anuncian en su página web. Sin embargo no lo cumplen. De haberlo sabido nunca hubiese comprado en esta tienda. Dejo este comentario para que todo el mundo pueda saberlo. Tampoco aparece esta condición en su política de devoluciones. Una verdadera decepción

1)- The company systematically ships from China to British customers. My order made in November 2023 only arrived complete today 5 February 2024. The delivery times on the website are misleading, designed to make you think you are dealing with a company that stocks products in Britain but that is not true. The customer pay them a fee to wait for product that they only order on their demand. 2)- the quality of the products is extremely low. The trouser’s fabric particularly is so bad,and so is the cut , that they’re unwearable. A total shamble. I have wasted my money and my time. I shall make sure I don’t fall for such practices again. The dangers of online shopping!

DON'T USE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Their customer service is terrible and they use a sketchy shipping service called "Hailify". They tried lying saying they delivered my package but my security camera showed no one ever delivered the package. Luckily I was able to get a chargeback through my bank. Please buy from somewhere else they're shady.
