100 times BETTER than competition!
Reached out to CSR re my costly thermos issue - Imprint LOGO failed - and instead of run around that TERVIS subjected me to.. Welly actually replaced the thermos right away. Will was the CSR. THe thermos was awesome and I bought more from this brand including gifts for the family. Night and day! Would recommend Welly Thermos - its versatile, easy to carry and there is temp integrity with the lid system.
