This company is a scam and I urge you not to use them. When my first shipment did not arrive (there is no proof of delivery they offer), they offered to send me a one time replacement free of charge. I said ok, however they then charged my card an additional $899. I immediately called when I saw the charge because I did not authorize it and they said they would refund the amount immediately. Two weeks pass and no refund so I call back and they say they are refunding it now and to wait 5-10 business days. Three and a half weeks later and no refund, I call back and they say “ok we are refunding it now.” That was 13 business days ago and still no refund. It’s clear that they have never attempted to refund the money that was not authorized from me. This feels like a scam company. Buyer beware.
