Tried to wire money to a different account at a different ban, went to the branch and they refused to do it, told me I had to wait five business days. A week later I tried by phone, they wouldn’t do it, and were supposed to have someone call me back shortly, well it didn’t happen. Not the first time I ran into poor customer service here unfortunately.

I got screwed over by this bank. Do not use them. I submitted my application on 11/28/2025 that included a bank bonus promotion. The promotion ended on 11/30/2025. Their own team did not get around to processing my application on 12/2/2025. Now they are saying that my account does not qualify due to not getitng setup by them until 12/2/2025. Thus they refuse to pay the bank bonus of $1,000.00 that they said they would pay after meeting all criteria (which I have done so and they admit that I have done so).

This company is a joke! Dodged a bullet here. So much hassle, waste of time and nothing but a run around trying to open an account with these clowns. Can imagine the headaches of actually trying to do business with them and sure don't trust them with my money. Like, what company turns down business and doesn't care how their reputation reflects in the community smh. They should be called Well-bye cuz I'm staying with my current credit union.
