This marks the 5th time I have ordered from them, and a mistake in billing occurred. I phoned and spoke to a very kind woman who is looking into it, and I have every confidence they will. I will continue to be a patron, and appreciate their customer service.

Many years ago I ordered a limited edition book for $150 or thereabouts, and it was to be shipped to the UK. The book was in a leather slip case, it was new and sold out everywhere else, otherwise I would have ordered it in the UK. When they shipped it, they put it inside a small box and just put the book literally in the bottom of the box with the packing material on top, not sandwiching the book in between like any normal person would do, especially for a high value book. The box was quite flimsy. So when it arrived it had a dent in the slipcase, which was really annoying. I complained about it to them and asked if they could claim off their postal insurance. They just apologised and asked for photos which I sent them. They did not reply. I would not use them again.
