Amino 6000 capsules
Few years ago, was a skinny 126 lbs adult at 5'8 height. My friends who regularly goes to the gym invited me to go with them to help me gain weight through gym exercises and some weight lifting. They also introduced different supplements to gain mass, and that includes Weider - Amino 6000 capsules. In the box, it is indicated to take 10 capsules daily but I only take 5 caps a day, whether I go to gym or not, and I can say that it is effective. I am now at 160 lbs and whenever I go to the gym, I still take the Weider Amino 6000 capsule.
