Received the tub I ordered in the time frame they mentioned. I panicked 2 weeks in with the lack of tracking info but after chasing them got the ship vessel tracking my order was on. Very cool seeing it cross the Pacific Ocean. Agree the communication could be better but got my tub as described.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AVOID AVOID... They never respond to any communication sent. I have been chasing an order for an update many times to no avail. Instead, i have woken up to an email fully cancelling the order. It appears to be a shoddy business. Save your money as they can't fulfil orders nor communicate.

Dear Valued Customer, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding your order cancellation. Unfortunately, our system detected that the product was temporarily out of stock in our warehouses right after your order was placed, leading to an automatic cancellation. We also encountered an issue with sending the cancellation notification email, which caused further misunderstanding. We deeply regret the negative experience this has caused you. To prevent such situations in the future, we are committed to improving our services by: Enhancing the synchronization of our inventory system. Improving email notifications for order cancellations. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I had been searching for a new dining table and stumbled upon Wehomz. Their website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of furniture. After browsing for a while, I found the perfect table. The table arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. The quality of the wood was top-notch and the table had a beautiful finish. I was impressed! What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by the team at Wehomz. They answered all my questions and provided some great recommendations on how to care for the table. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Wehomz. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality, stylish furniture backed by great customer service.

We were looking for a world wall clock and found a beautiful one at Wehomz. I had some questions that were answered quickly and completely. Additionally, I was confused on the shipping procedures and my confusion was met with excellent customer service and prompt action. And the clock is stunning and exactly what we were looking for!!
