Customer service is good. They respond within 48 hours. However, for someone that is busy like me 2 days is too long. So my suggestion to people is that they plan ahead with ample time. The second reason why I only gave a 4 star is because if you are trying to buy a single piece online you won't be able. You will need to send a message and the back and forth before finalizing the purchase can take some time.

The suit was very crushed when I opened it it couldn’t be wore right away even after hanging up for a few days I still had press it very carefully but good quality and a good fit would have preferred white or clear buttons rather than the light brown buttons that are on it

you need to list full measurements inc the lenght and may be do small fittings in the larger sizes
