I have not used thus site. I have been screwed by a site that is like this one and could possibly be part of their scam conspiracy. Please read the independent reviews before using this site. Don't base your decision on just their reviews because they are most likely false, written by them. That is standard practice nowadays. Be very careful and check because they will steal your money and you will be left with nothing.

I should have read reviews before spending upwards at $500. Their emails from (customer support) confirm return with pdf return label has been confirmed they’ve received. Of course I would have to go back to the begging to confirm initial correspondence.

Paid $175 for what turned out to be a lightweight robe that shrank one size, instead of the luxurious, plush robe that they described. Worse, they will not take returns once an item is washed - but there are defects that only show after being washed. I wish I had read the negative reviews beforehand about robe shrinkage and loose threads and the piping wrinkling up due to shrinking (that can't be ironed out.) They use influencers to hype their products, but they should spend their money on higher quality items.
