Stay Away!! I've been using website design companies for about 20 years now and have yet to find one that's trustworthy and follows through with what they promise but this one takes the cake. They charged me almost $4,000 to simply copy my current website which I didn't have the word press credentials to due to another shady company. Furthermore, and the only reason I agreed to their services was because I was promised SEO first page placement for 5 different locations in three months. It's 4 months later and I have first page placement for two keywords in two locations which I already had prior to retaining their services. The remaining locations and keywords are ranking anywhere from 15th - 145th position. I complained about it and of course the sales rep that signed me up is no longer with them, they actually tried telling me that he's dying of Covid (young guy). So the new rep tries to then sell me on another $3,000+ SEO package to continue the horrible progress thus far. Furthermore, they lied about their timelines to complete my website, turned out to take three times what was in the contract and don't get me started on the revisions, it's like they didn't even understand simple concepts. My website still doesn't function properly! Stay away from these guys, their SCAM artists. They don't even greet you when you call with their company name, they say "thanks for calling, how may I help you" huge red flag!! Please don't make the same expensive mistake I made.
