Horrible Customer Service, No Refunds
I was initially interested in this service as it provided sustainable web hosting but slowly realized that not only is it overpriced, it is a company that does not follow through with their own policies: "Money Back Guarantee With our 30-day money back guarantee, if you're not satisfied with our services, simply ask and get a full refund." After paying for a years worth, I realized the mistake I made and requested a refund two days later. They cancelled my service immediately and told me they are working on this. It has now been over a month and a half with no refund or response, after numerous messages on my behalf, from this company despite being well within the allotted time for refunds and no longer having access to the service initially paid for. Please don't fall for the trap that this company is, the website is designed nicely giving it a premium feel, but they provide you with overpriced and poor service with an even worse customer service.
